All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $4.95.
Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within 10 miles of Philadelphia, PA.
Delivery pricing:
• Orders under $50 — $6.95
• Orders $50+ — Free local delivery
Customers selecting local delivery must provide a valid phone number so we can coordinate drop-off.
Delivery Delays
J. Danielle Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other
circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, J. Danielle Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
