At J. Danielle Jewelry, each piece is carefully handmade. Because our products are handcrafted and
earrings are considered personal-use items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly assist you. Customers must contact us within 3 days of the
delivery date to report the issue.

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following solutions:
• A replacement item
• Store credit
• A refund if a replacement is not available
Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Hygiene Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once worn.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, J. Danielle Jewelry is not responsible
for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for
assistance.
Handmade Disclaimer
All items are handmade, so slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur. These natural
differences are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects
